Bahamas Consulting

Mr. Giovanoli was raised in The Bahamas and still has family members living and working there.  Mr. Giovanoli does not practice law in The Bahamas, but his close ties to the island nation allows him to astutely consult with developers and investors seeking direct foreign investment approval for resorts, hotels, condominiums, and marina projects, from a uniquely Bahamian perspective.

Mr. Giovanoli communicates with all branches of the Bahamian government, as well as members of the Bahamian legal and business communities. In May 2003, Mr. Giovanoli was instrumental in arranging for the Prime Minister of The Bahamas, The Rt. Hon. Perry G.
